On March 10th, 2020, the Friends of Multilateralism Group (FMG) has organized in Geneva a brainstorming on alternatives after the Appellate Body collapse. Participants discussed two issues, i.e. “potential alternatives for an appeal mechanism” and “the way forward to and beyond MC12 for a functional appeal syste”.

 

Participants include FMG and Friends of FMG (FFMG) members, Ms. Dorothy Ng’ambi TEMBO, Executive Director ad interim of the International Trade Centre (ITC), and ambassadors or deputies of seventeen delegations from both developed and developing countries.
