On July 5th 2021, the Friends of Multilateralism Group (FMG) has organized an internal brainstorming on the recent legal instrument “Recommendation of the Council on Competitive Neutrality” of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).

 

António Gomes, Deputy Director of the Directorate for Financial and Enterprise Affairs at OECD presented the recommendation to the audience. Professor Damien J. Neven from the Graduate Institute of International and Development studies made comments as discussant. Hamid Mamdouh, member of FMG moderated this session.

 

Nearly 20 participants joined the brainstorming, including members of FMG, Friends of FMG and Punta del Este Group (PEG), and officials from OECD.
