At this session, Arancha González, Dean of the Paris School of International Affairs (PSIA) at Sciences Po and former Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation of Spain; and Ignacio Garcia Bercero, FMG member and former Director at the Directorate General for Trade of the European Commission briefed participants on the inaugural EU–CPTPP Track 1.5 Dialogue held in Paris, EU-CPTPP relations and suggestions for WTO reform.
