On 2 Dec, 2025, the Friends of Multilateralism Group (FMG) organized the 6th session of FMG High-level Dialogue Series “The Future of WTO Reform” with Andrew Wilson, Deputy Secretary General (Policy) at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Hamid Mamdouh, FMG Board Member, former Director of the Trade in Services and Investment Division at the WTO, moderated the meeting.
At the meeting, Mr. Wilson shared his perspectives on key issues including the challenges the WTO is facing and its reform from the perspective of the business community. He also answered relevant questions from the participants.
Nearly 40 participants joined the session, including members of FMG, Ambassadors/DPRs of WTO members, representatives from related international organizations, and experts from renowned think tanks and universities etc.
